My focus
I primarily work with patients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, anger difficulties, relationship and family stressors, as well as patients wanting to improve their communication skills, build healthy coping strategies, achieve greater emotional well-being, and health.
My approach
My therapeutic approaches include interventions from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
