My journey to mental healthcare

I took an extended break to raise five wonderful children in a safe and loving environment before continuing my training. My passion is to help individuals overcome and succeed with a realistic therapeutic approach and accountability at every step.

My goals for you

Goal setting is an essential part of healing. It allows you to feel in control of your own outcomes, make progress, and stay motivated. Success will be measured against goals during each interaction, with adjustments to expectations and effort as needed.

Our first session

A first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and have an open dialogue. We will set boundaries, explore feelings and emotions, and agree on what we intend to address and work on across the therapeutic journey.
