As a therapist and meditation teacher, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based methods to support healing from anxiety, depression, and addiction. My goal is to help you rediscover peace, joy, and well-being—not someday, but right now, in the process of becoming who you wish to be.
My focus
I work with clients who are deeply motivated to change themselves. They recognize that while others and life circumstances affect them, they ultimately take responsibility for their behavior and well-being. Rather than trying to change others, they learn to coexist with them more peacefully.
My approach
My work is rooted in mindfulness and meditation, but I adapt my approach to each client’s needs. Some sessions focus on awareness and presence; others involve practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, or behavior. The goal is always greater clarity, calm, and self-understanding.
