I direct sessions to implement treatment strategies while honoring that your path and goals are our direction.

My journey to mental healthcare

After owning and running a business, I returned to therapy to serve and give back. I have been fortunate to encounter great teachers and therapists in my life. Now I desire to share with others and work to bring healing, love, and peace.

My goals for you

I use a variety of techniques to enlist your innate strengths and abilities. Some clients come with short-term goals suited to solution-oriented brief therapy. Others want to address long-standing issues through deeper work. At the outset, we discuss goals and may use instruments or self-reporting to measure progress.

Our first session

We will meet face to face and address any questions about counseling and therapy. We can begin to talk about how the work might look, discuss present life issues, and explore goals you would like to pursue. We will acknowledge the courage and self-love it requires to seek to improve your life and relationships.
