I am an LMFT and Certified Substance Use Disorders Counselor with thirty years of experience in working with individuals and families. I do this work because I have the lived experience knowing that positive change occurs by empowering our ability to choose again and connect with others. I believe in miracles and in doing the work of sharing hope.
My focus
I have a passion for working with individuals (of all ages) and families struggling with all stages of substance use/relapse/recovery, dual diagnosis, and the underlying intergenerational trauma that impacts recovery.

Creating a therapeutic space of safety, transparency, and genuine care is essential for individuals and families to begin to develop trust in themselves and become willing to transform the experiences they most feared into beacons of hope for themselves and others.
