I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationships, body image, grief, trauma, and stress. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

My focus is working with adolescents, teens, and young adults who encounter issues with depression, anxiety, body image, low self-esteem, stress, and school-related issues. It is my mission to help clients build resilience and practice skills in coping, communication, identity, boundaries, anger management, and relationships.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring clients feel safe and supported. I build trusting, collaborative relationships using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. Depending on the client, I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
