I’m a bilingual clinical social worker who provides individualized therapy to help you manage stress, anxiety, life changes, and meet your mental health needs. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, understood, grounded, & empowered. I can promise you that you won’t have to face your problems alone. I look forward to getting to know you!

I support clients with issues such as managing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, low self-esteem, difficult relationships, & life transitions, offering goal-oriented treatment tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll identify what’s weighing you down, build practical coping skills, & create a personalized plan that feels achievable and empowering.

I’m a bilingual LCSW with experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based care, including CBT, DBT skills, and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally humble, and client-centered—I meet you exactly where you are and walk with you at your pace. I provide a safe, culturally affirming space to help you gain clarity.

I utilize open and transparent communication to foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I will provide advanced notice regarding any important information or updates, so you know what to expect ahead of time. During the session, I practice reflective listening & believe that “speech is silver, but silence is golden”.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental health by a desire to help others feel seen & supported & empower others through connection & care. My journey has deepened my passion for uplifting others & enhancing their well-being. I’m continually inspired by my clients’ courage & feel honored to walk alongside them as they grow, heal, & step into their fullest potential.

Think of our first session as a chance to get comfortable, share your story, and set goals together. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time. I’ll guide you through the process and ease any nerves (which are normal). I’ll explain confidentiality and its limits, guiding you in a safe, supportive space to feel comfortable taking this first step.
