As a therapist, it is my intention to support you in meeting your goals and focusing on the issues and challenges that are important to you. I will provide you with a warm, empathetic approach while also allowing the space for you to be challenged and grow in order to help you meet your needs.
My focus
I typically work with teens and individuals as well as families. The conditions I have the most experience with are depression, anxiety, and trauma, although I have worked with many other issues such as grief/loss, life transitions, stress, ADHD, autism, and more.
My approach
My style is very much eclectic, which means that I can pull from various therapy modalities in just one session. I do tend to lean more toward a Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapy approach.
