Hi there, I'm Daniel!

My goal is to help my clients identify the thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that get in the way of having a more deeply satisfying life.

My focus

My ideal client would be one who wants to move from a victim position to a victor position and who wants to regain their sense of power and agency in their lives. A client who wants to become more present and who wants to see how they have given their awesome powers away to others or institutions.

My approach

My first role is to develop a safe container free of judgment where my client and I can move into a space of curiosity about their lives and their right to have a more deeply satisfying life. We work together to see the stumbling blocks that they have created in their thoughts, behaviors, or emotions.

My communication style

After creating a safe container, my next step is to let the client know that only they know what is best for them. I want them to learn to trust and listen to their inner guidance. I want to support them in being able to inner validate and move out of self-doubt.

I really enjoy the excitement of seeing my client achieve those doable steps from victim to victor.

My goals for you

The client will establish the agenda. I may need to help them clarify what those goals are and break them down into doable steps in order to celebrate the client's wins. As the client is able to accomplish the doable steps, we can celebrate those wins together.

Our first session

The first session will be to make sure the client feels safe and in a judgment-free place. The first session will be exploratory and the client will just share what brought them to see me. My hope is that the client will feel free to share anything that is troubling them.
