My journey to mental healthcare

I have been sought out my entire life by others for help in resolving internal conflicts. I was touched by suicide and worked in suicide prevention as a volunteer. I enjoy working with others and aiding individuals to find inner strength and overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma.
