Hi there, I'm Darian!

Hello, my name is Darian Brinton and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in California. I believe you have the answers to life's biggest challenges and I'm excited to help you find them. I have found that by providing a listening ear and space for self-reflection, everyone has the ability to make significant improvements in all areas of their lives.

My approach

I utilize a collection of evidence-based modalities including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused.

My focus

I have experience working with men, young adults and teens with a variety of symptoms and complex life circumstances including depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship issues, and life transitions to name a few.

My communication style

My mission is to help my clients find hope, healing, and a deeper meaning of who they are meant to become. I place a lot of value on the therapeutic relationship, and I genuinely want to know who you are.
