My curiosity about what heals humans began early. I have counseled with the Marine Corps, community health centers, and survivors of torture. Today, I am humbled and honored to offer care as a mental health therapist.

Our first session

At our first appointment, I will ask several questions to get to know you and understand your needs. In the second appointment, we get oriented to therapy and continue to set goals. It usually takes up to three appointments to see if we will be a good fit.
