As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals uncover and connect with their authentic selves. I believe that each person holds the key to their own fulfillment and is the ultimate expert in their own life.

My therapeutic approach draws upon Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, and Narrative practices. By integrating these modalities, I empower clients to align with their core values and embark on a path toward the fulfilling life they desire.

My focus

I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in areas such as addiction, anxiety, borderline personality, codependency, coping skills, depression, dual diagnosis, life transitions, mood disorders, self-esteem, and women's issues.

My communication style is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen and heard. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves and explore their innermost thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Vermont. Over the past decade, I have dedicated myself to serving others, working primarily with adults in community mental health settings for the past seven years, and with children and families prior to that.

My goal is to support you in uncovering and challenging conditioned beliefs instilled by culture and family systems that may not align with your true self. Together, we will work to cultivate self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and foster the self-confidence needed to navigate life's challenges and pursue your aspirations.

I will take the time to listen to your story, understand your unique needs and goals, and collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific situation. This initial meeting serves as the foundation for our work together as we embark on your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
