My communication style is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen and heard. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental healthcare began with a degree in social work. I have dedicated myself to serving others, working primarily with adults in community mental health settings, and with children and families prior to that.

My goals for you

My goal is to support you in uncovering and challenging conditioned beliefs instilled by culture and family systems that may not align with your true self. Together, we will work to cultivate self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and foster the self-confidence needed to navigate life's challenges.

Our first session

In our first session, we will focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust, empathy, and mutual understanding. I will take the time to listen to your story, understand your unique needs and goals, and collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your situation.
