I work with young adults managing anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, and grief. Whether you're working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring personal goals, we'll create a growth plan that feels empowering and achievable.

My approach

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, giving you hands-on tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. I also offer art therapy to challenge perfectionism, allowing us to play and reconnect with our inner child when words aren't enough.

My lived experience and commitment to anti-oppression and liberation inform my practice. I've worked in diverse settings including preventive care, LGBTQIA+ communities, and unhoused youth. I'm an advocate for social justice and equal representation.
