Hi there, I'm Brandon!

Has your mind made it difficult for you to focus? Do you feel stuck? It is said we have 60 to 80 thousand thoughts a day. That's roughly 1.2 thoughts every second. Many of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday and the day before. In the world we live in this over-saturation is constantly being reinforced and it begins the moment we open our eyes. We start our days feeling behind, playing catch up. With this many thoughts constantly spinning through our heads where does that leave time for new thoughts, new growth? How do we hit the pause button in order to cool the machine down so that it may run at its optimal levels? One possible solution is Meditation.

My approach

My work with meditation over the years has given me insight into how we can begin to have a choice in the thoughts that dictate our hour, our day, our week, our year, our life. Combining my knowledge of psychotherapy and meditation I hope to begin to work with you on rediscovering your higher self. In our work together we will move towards realigning your body, mind, and spirit, and shedding the maladaptive patterns that may be keeping you feeling helpless and unmotivated.

My focus

I see individuals 18 and up and minors aged 13-17. Some of the areas I work with include adolescents/teens, aging, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, coping skills, depression, divorce, family conflict, grief, impulsivity, infidelity, internet addiction, life transitions, men's issues, parenting, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem, sexual addiction, spirituality, sports performance, stress, and video game addiction.

My communication style

If meditation is not your avenue at this time that's ok. We can work together by using classic and post-modern psychotherapy modalities. Whether that is finding new ways to view your current situation or exploring family patterns that have been passed down from generation to generation, we will uncover a better understanding of why we function the way we do. Once we discover why we operate how we do then we can begin to incorporate our power to choose the life and thoughts that will allow us to be who we wish to be. Additionally, and probably most importantly, what I can offer you is a non-judgmental ear for you to externalize whatever it is that you are experiencing.

My goals for you

Life is short and moving fast. Don't waste time not enjoying the beauty of it all.
