I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am here to support & empower you.

My focus

I work with adult clients who are experiencing acute and chronic mental illness. I see individuals from different cultural and life backgrounds who are in search of symptom management, support, and change.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been a social worker in the mental health field for over 10 years and enjoy helping clients. I like being able to connect with my clients in therapy and being a support system for them. I provide community mental health services and see how beneficial long-term mental health treatment and therapy can be for chronically mentally ill clients.

My goals for you

After assessing my client's background, presenting symptoms, and objectives for therapy we will come up with realistic therapy goals. I like to work with my client and at their pace to establish short and long-term goals.

Our first session

A thorough bio-psychosocial assessment will be completed. I want to understand the frequency and duration of their symptoms, establish rapport, and answer any of their questions as well as go over expectations for therapy.
