Hi there, I'm Grace!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, group practice, and school counseling settings. My passion is supporting marginalized communities where mental health is stigmatized and overlooked. I'm a mom to two little girls and bring warmth and understanding to my work.

My focus

I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, postpartum and maternal mental health concerns, and adolescent issues. This is your space. I foster an environment where you feel safe showing up however you want.

My approach

I create a safe yet brave space where each session is dedicated to your needs. We work collaboratively to identify goals and build skills to overcome challenges. I use an integrated approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Positive Psychology.
