My constant endeavor is for you to reveal to yourself what you need to adapt and evolve. Pragmatically, that means us sharing resources geared toward learning behaviors and adaptive thinking patterns. In the end, I hope you come to trust and love yourself.

Our first session

A classic first session starts with us is the use of a Life Circle activity, geared at gauging your current life satisfaction and outlining your current top priority challenges, mapping out what solutions and restorative practices will look like, both short-term and longer-term. Thus, your healing can be both flowy and more structured.
