Hi Everyone, I am Dr. Ebony Watson, Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am a behavioral care provider with nearly 10 years of experience working in integrative healthcare. I have worked with a diverse patient population of individuals that have suffered a wide range of problems from trauma, terminal and mental illness, history of chemical dependency, developmental disabilities, environmental disadvantages, and physical impairments. I have provided one-to-one supportive counseling, behavioral interventions and led a coping skills group addressing a wide range of patients' needs. It is such distressing situations as these that have allowed me to assist individuals in developing balance in their daily lives.
My approach
I am certified in various treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing just to name a few. I strongly believe in holistic and client-centered approaches to care.
My focus
My background in the previously described areas gives me the ability to try and restore calm in a time of crisis where the interventions can go beyond the immediate. I would like the opportunity to continue to build my knowledge and expertise and continue working with diverse groups of adults; 18 years and older.

As previously mentioned my approach to care is client-centered, and focused on meeting clients where they are at.
