Hello! My name is Dana. I am a Muslim American, licensed clinical social worker. I have had past experience working for LAUSD, Non-profits, and DCFS.
My approach
I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach when working with her clients. I believe in the power of self-awareness and will challenge, support, and guide her clients to healing and growth. The work together will be collaborative and authentic.
My focus
I specialize in trauma, attachment, the wounded inner child, anxiety, depression, relationship issues/dysfunction, pregnancy & postpartum. Therapy can help clients gain insight into how the past connects to the present and how to navigate day-to-day stress. I’m here to challenge you, support you and guide you to becoming the best version of yourself.
My communication style
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of self-awareness and self-love. As we become more self-aware, life and our place in it become clearer. When you are able to piece things together & have a deeper understanding of a situation, you become one step closer to healing and growth. Our work together will be collaborative and authentic.

My first session with you
Our first session will include introductions, going over what therapy entails, policies and procedures, and gathering information about what brought you to therapy!
