My journey to mental healthcare

Being in the service of others is a family tradition, as my mother is a therapist and my father is a retired social worker. It's an honor to have a career to continue this family legacy.

My goals for you

Goal setting is important in the work I do with clients as it lets you know how far you have come, where you intend to be, and when you have succeeded. Goals should meet clients where they want to be.

Our first session

During our first session, I will get a good history and picture of what you are seeking support with, your goals, what you have tried, and what has or hasn't worked. It's important to get to know you and begin establishing our working relationship together, as well as answering any questions you may have about me and my practices.
