I work psychodynamically and psychoanalytically with people struggling with various issues, including anxiety and depression.

My focus

I work well with people who are struggling to find meaning in their lives and are looking for ways to change their lives. This can manifest as existential dread, depression, and also a milder, lingering feeling that life isn't what you'd hoped for.

I work psychodynamically and psychoanalytically to connect with and help people. I have a background in various other modalities, but prefer these.

My communication style

I prefer to leave space for you to guide the sessions. I believe that the important themes will reveal themselves throughout our work together and that we will find ways to talk about them. I always want to follow your lead.
