My first session with you
What you can expect from our first session? At our 1st session, we will jump right into the work as you share your personal experiences and therapist goals. I will help guide the session so I can best understand what is bringing you to therapy at this time. Together we gain clarity through the 1st several sessions and establish a working relationship, in which you’ll try working with tools and strategies that can be applied throughout the week to help you feel your best! In our session, you can show up just as you are and expect to feel heard. All parts of you are welcome.
