I help hardworking, self‑critical people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, people‑pleasing, and relationship stress. They expect so much out of themselves, yet don't feel like they are enough. I enjoy working with clients that are struggling with anxiety, life changes, low self esteem, overextended, overwhelmed, and/or difficulty managing stress. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth that works with your unique strengths and journey.
My approach
I use a combination of several therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts and/or behaviors. My approach is supportive and collaborative, while also giving you tools to help support your mental health journey.
