My focus is to support you. I have an extensive background and experience working with children (6-12), adolescents (13-18), young adults (19-24), and middle-aged adults (45-64). I typically support individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to draw from multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. I utilize Attachment-Based, Compassion Focused, Strength-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, and Trauma Focused interventions in my practice.
