My focus
I specialize in helping first responders, veterans, and survivors of abuse heal from trauma using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). This approach helps identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs and understand the impact of trauma. Together, we will work to rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and hope and foster greater inner peace and resilience.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions using evidence-based, goal-oriented interventions and somatic therapy techniques to support lasting change.
