My focus
I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed support and have experience working with DCFS and justice-involved clients in a compassionate and supportive environment.

I use a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, incorporating practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills.
