I intend to create a safe environment for my clients. I work from a "Client-Centered Psychotherapy" approach, which is based on a humanistic school of thought. My communication style is rooted in a place that models the client's needs and behavior. For example, if a client needs direction, I will modify it to fit their needs.

My journey to becoming a provider began with a passion for helping others create meaningful change. Through education, training, and hands-on experience, I developed the skills to support clients with empathy, evidence-based tools, and a deep commitment to their personal growth and well-being. I see my work as being purposeful.

I help clients reach their goals by creating clear, achievable plans tailored to their needs. Through consistent guidance, accountability, and encouragement, I help them build confidence, overcome obstacles, and stay focused on sustainable progress toward lasting success.

Our first session

A first session will involve developing a therapeutic relationship with the client, and a collaborative and focused on understanding your goals. We discuss your background, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I create a safe, supportive space where we build trust and begin developing a personalized plan for your growth and well-being.
