Hi there, I'm Diane!
I'm a psychologist with specialization in neuropsychology and trauma. I work with adults struggling with a range of mental and behavioral health issues, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, and problems with relationships and work. I also specialize in working with neurodivergency and treating clients with medical issues (TBI, stroke, concussion).

My most successful clients are motivated to explore what is underlying their current challenges, and work toward small goals that demonstrate their therapy is working. I empower clients to set their own agendas for change-work in therapy, while supporting an approach at their own pace and offering creative solutions.
My approach
My philosophy of treatment is grounded in the belief that physical and mental health are best understood from an integrative standpoint - they are linked and interact with one another. My approach is primarily trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral, but I integrate psychodynamic and existential interventions where appropriate.
