I work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges and relationship difficulties. Together we will build healthy coping skills, increase confidence, improve relationships and work toward healing and personal growth.
My approach
I use a collaborative and client-centered approach tailored to each individual's needs. My work incorporates evidence based practice techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to work toward meaningful change in a supportive environment.
