Hello, my name is Mariah Betancourt, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about providing empathic, compassionate clinical care to clients. Life can be overwhelming, but I want you to know that you aren't alone! Therapy is a place where you can work through these challenges and find the support you need to create the life you want.
My approach
I am a patient-centered therapist who utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach. I aim to provide individualized treatment for each client, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, photography, and spending time in nature with my family.

I have worked with various individuals, and minors who suffer from Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Family Conflict, Grief, Job Stress, Life Transitions, Mood Disorders, Parenting, Relationship Issues, School Issues, Self-esteem, Spirituality, Stress. and many more. I am a therapist who values you as an individual and desires to help you reach a place of peace and fulfillment in your life. It is an honor for me to walk alongside my clients as they work through life's challenges.

My communication style encourages a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with the client's needs. I believe in supporting clients through their growth and healing while striving to provide a safe and nurturing environment using a client-centered approach. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to find tools to help navigate the challenges in life.
