My approach
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client. I incorporate CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches in treatment. Depth-oriented approaches, such as psychoanalysis, are also integrated to facilitate transformative engagements that explore the root cause of symptoms and behavior.
