Salutations, and thank you for your interest. I approach therapy from an eclectic clinical approach using CBT and supportive client-centered methods. At the root of my approach is a focus on the love of self and acceptance of one's perfect imperfections as the unique human condition.
My focus
I work with individuals suffering from depression, high anxiety, those who lack motivation, people suffering from trauma and abuse, as well as couples with difficulties relating to each other. I work with early teens to adults and enjoy the range of experiences therapy has to offer. I also offer disability services.
My approach
I am first and foremost a listener. Many people need to be seen, heard, and given space for self-expression. After understanding my clients' needs, I take a collaborative approach to achieve or restore emotional balance in their lives. Growth is usually the most important goal.
