My communication style

I am direct, open, and honest. I find that beating around the bush does nothing, so I go straight to the point. I work hard to cultivate a relationship so you feel safe to be open. I love when people show up as who they are without feeling the need to be someone else.

My journey to mental healthcare

I took a psychology class and fell in love with it. I love building people up and helping them see how amazing they truly are. Rebuilding self-esteem and worth is truly a superpower. Being able to bring positivity into our world is why I do this work.

My goals for you

Goal setting is very individual to each person. I love to have you involved in setting your goals, and I utilize each session as an opportunity to work towards achieving one of them.

Our first session

Our first session will be very much a get-to-know-you. Lots of questions because I want to know you. I work on getting a holistic, full view of where you have come from, where you are currently, and what direction you want to go.
