Taking the first step toward support often requires courage, especially during difficult times, and I'm glad you're here. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, validated, and supported as we work toward healing and hope.

I work with teens, adults, and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and moments when hope feels lost. When painful experiences feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of, I offer a warm, structured, and supportive space. Using CBT, EMDR, and ACT, I help you process what you've been through, build coping skills, and reconnect with hope.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to this work began during a time when my 12-year-old child was diagnosed with cancer. In that experience, a licensed clinical social worker entered my life and showed me compassion, clarity, and hope in the midst of uncertainty. That support inspired me to help others find light, healing, and strength through their own challenges.

Each plan is individualized, using approaches like CBT, EMDR, and ACT to fit your needs and pace. Together, we break goals into manageable steps, track progress, & adjust as you grow, so change feels meaningful and sustainable.

Our first session

In our first session, we explore what brings you in and what feels most important right now. I complete a collaborative, gentle assessment of current concerns, history, and factors affecting your wellbeing. Together, we set clear, personalized goals that align with your values and strengths, creating a focused and supportive path forward.
