I offer a safe, accepting, and positive environment for hope and healing. I work with children, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, low self-esteem, and communication issues. Helping others see their true potential and reach their goals has been my passion.
My focus
I work with folks having difficulty with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, poor self-esteem, and relationship issues.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. If these approaches don't seem to be helping, I'll adjust until we find something that does. I truly believe everyone has the ability to make changes if they're serious about making them and do the work to achieve their goals.
