My intent is to create a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for clients to simply be. I believe safety is the pathway to awareness, healing, and change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My road to becoming a licensed clinical psychologist was not designed from high school, and yet here I am. Like most people, my life journey has not been a straight, smooth path, and yet here I am, a Healthy, Whole, and Fallible Human. My drive to do this work is a Strong Belief in Human Resilience and Potential, as well as the Beauty of Difference

My goals for you

Goal-setting is a collaborative task. Clients seek therapy based on what they feel and want. I facilitate exploration and greater understanding. Together, we develop goals, decide pathways, and incorporate flexibility.

Our first session

During your initial session, the focus is truly on allowing clients to speak freely about the reason(s) for seeking services. It's also an opportunity for YOU to determine if I'm a good match for YOU. I'll be attentive, listening to your concerns and inquiring for clarity when necessary. It's an Honor for me to be a Therapist.
