My focus
I work with individuals aged 12 and up, of all genders, and I'm proud to be an LGBTQIA+ ally. I help people navigate anxiety, depression, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, and self-harming behaviors. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, accepted, and supported.
My approach
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps you recognize and shift unhelpful thinking patterns that impact how you feel and act. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy tools like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance to help you feel more in control and grounded during difficult moments.
