I've been told I have a calming energy. I start with listening, asking questions, and reflecting back what I hear you saying. I'll ask you what you see as a problem and what you want to change. I enjoy and work well with clients who self-reflect and implement behavioral changes in their life. I assign homework tasks.

I use a quasi-structured approach in therapy that draws from different sources of wisdom, including Buddhist spirituality, Mindfulness-based therapies, Hakomi, Enneagram, DBT, CBT, and The Work of Byron Katie.
