I enjoy working with diverse populations, ages spanning from 8 to 108 years old.

My focus

I work with children, teens, and adults needing to strengthen their self-esteem, challenged with trauma and symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I understand that work can be a stressor in people's lives, and I enjoy helping those who need skills to cope with this.

My approach

My approach is to listen attentively, then we figure out your goals together. I believe in your strength and inner wisdom to guide the healing process. Strengthening you is the goal. I use EMDR, EFT, TFT, AIT, CBT, and parts work.

My communication style

I create an emotionally safe, relaxed, non-judgmental environment where you can feel trust and experience the care you deserve. You will feel involved, see progress, and look forward to advancing in your treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wasn't always interested in being a therapist. I kept finding jobs as a front desk receptionist at mental health centers, even after moving across the country to work in film. I understood the universe was saying I need to work helping people. I have loved my job ever since.

Goals are set within the first or second session. Both long and short-term goals can be changed and shifted as you grow and get to know your needs and wants better.

During our first session, I will gather pertinent information so we can figure out your treatment goals together. You will notice I am open, non-judgmental, and appreciate people from all walks of life.
