My communication style

Seeing the client where they are at the time of their struggles is fascinating. I always work towards a solution. I know there is always an answer. I view the clients as experts in their lives. They need guidance so they can continue to grow and find an answer.

My journey to mental healthcare

I had the opportunity to pursue a graduate program, and my mother, a therapist, sparked my interest in human behavior. I fell in love with this field on my first day. I know I found what I wanted to do.

My goals for you

The client will know where they want to be and what they want to become. I like to work within those guidelines.

Our first session

They will have comfort in knowing that I accept them as they are. We will have a goal for therapy. They will know what it will look like when treatment is completed.
