I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach to assist clients in their healing. I work with individuals, couples, and groups to help people heal and live their best lives.

My focus

I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens (13-17). Specialties include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions, parenting, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and coping skills.

I create a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental space to discuss what burdens you. I assist with clinical mental health, substance use, and life transitions. We work at your pace, and I provide practical tools to help you achieve your goals.

In our sessions, I commit to providing a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to openly discuss what is burdening you. The role of shame and guilt can keep us stuck, but there is freedom on the other side. I will work with you at a pace you are comfortable with.

Our first session

In our first session, I will focus on creating a safe, comfortable space for us to discuss what is troubling you. We will go at your emotional pace as you share your story. My aim will be to understand your unique situation, symptoms, and struggles so that we can begin to identify your therapeutic goals and map out a plan to achieve them together.
