My approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my formal training but I find that adjunctive mindfulness and other eastern Psychology principles can be quite powerful as well. My primary goal is that you feel heard, seen, and respected by me. At the same time, we will sharpen your coping skills and get you feeling better.
