I work with people navigating divorce, breakups, trauma, loss, parenting challenges, career dissatisfaction, and relationship conflict. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, sleep issues, overthinking, loss of pleasure or hope, appetite changes, or difficulty concentrating.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, the use of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Psychodynamic.

My style is non-directive, explorative, and analytic. I create a space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Your emotional, psychological, and social well-being matter, and my door is open.

Our first session

The first session will primarily focus on gathering information to complete an assessment. An assessment gathers information on different areas in your life so that these areas can be assessed for treatment needs and addressed in treatment if needed as well.
