Hi there, I'm Davis!

Welcome! My name is Davis Lo and I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Life happens and sometimes it can be overwhelming to manage everything on your own. Sometimes one feels alone. However, it doesn't have to be that way! There is no shame in needing help from time to time. My approach to therapy is working with you to manifest your strengths and utilize them to overcome the challenges you have.

My approach

I utilized a mixture of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My focus

I have worked with various age groups from teens to older adults that struggle with psychosis, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and social issues.

My communication style

As a therapist, I focus on helping clients understand their own challenges and working together to find a solution that best meets their current needs without judgment. In addition, I focus on helping clients find their inner strengths while working on helping them develop a meaningful and fulfilling life.
