I believe therapy works best when we meet you where you're at. Each session is shaped around what you bring that day, whether working through challenges, adjusting goals, or processing. My focus is on creating a supportive, flexible space where we work side-by-side toward the growth and goals that matter most to you.
My focus
I primarily work with adults, including older adults, helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a collaborative, understanding space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
My approach
My approach is supportive and flexible. I often use humanistic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but adjust depending on what feels most helpful. Sometimes that might mean using a psychodynamic approach to understand patterns from the past, or a solution-focused approach for short-term, goal-oriented support.
