I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, abuse, immigration challenges, and selective mutism. I incorporate spiritual and cultural considerations because our connection is foundational to healing. I focus on psycho-education so you understand your health and path.

I work with children, youth, families, parents, and college-aged students. My clients often face severe trauma, CPTSD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, identity issues, domestic violence, and sexual, physical, emotional, or narcissistic abuse.
My approach
The modalities I use most often include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
