Hi there, I'm Rebecca!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a school-based therapist for 7 years now. While the majority of my patient load has been adolescents and youth, I have seen many adult clients as well, specializing in severe and complex trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders, & societal barriers such as immigration and selective mutism.

My focus

Over the past 7 years, a large portion of my patients have been children, youth, and families. I have worked with parents and also college-aged students. Many of my patients suffer from severe trauma, CPTSD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, low self-esteem, identity issues, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse as well.

My approach

The modalities I use most often include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Art Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
