Hi there, I'm Diondra!

I have always had a heart for others and a desire to journey with them as they reach their fullest potential. It has been my most profound hope to provide therapy from the perspective of Christ's love.

My focus

I am willing to see minors (ages 13-17) and individuals. My specialties include anxiety, life transitions, personality disorders, relationship issues, self-harming, stress, trauma, and PTSD.

My approach

In any therapeutic scenario, I begin by creating a safe and structured environment where you can sort through your life stressors alongside a nurturing, supportive, and non-judgmental ally. While comfort and safety are important, I also believe that structure and accountability are necessary to help you get and stay unstuck.
