My communication style

I have a unique ability to shift from professional to casual, depending on the energy and flow of the conversation. I am very fond of the person-centered approach, which allows each client the necessary space to be themselves and bring up topics in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

My journey to mental healthcare

My own personal journey of becoming a therapist is rooted in the support, compassion, and empathy others have poured into me throughout my life. I have experienced firsthand how far an individual can go when their struggle is met with appropriate support. My work in local communities and organizations has further fueled my passion.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a very important part of my work with each client, but it paves the visible road towards growth. Client ownership is key, and therefore, each client is involved in each step from the beginning.

Our first session

Each client should expect a warm welcome and a series of 'get to know you' questions that start to paint the picture of what brought them into therapy. From there, we will begin to take the journey towards the agreed-upon goals that aim to shape a more fulfilled life.
